My winding career path
Director of Partnerships
Login.gov | 2021 - Present
- • Served as Director of Partnerships, a CRO type position, responsible for expanding the use of Login.gov throughout the Government. Our team tripled adoption / usage over 3 years, with the platform supporting 700 Government applications and half-a-billion sign-ins in 2024.
- • Co-led the creation of a 2-year Login.gov strategic plan, presented it to GSA, OMB, & TMF, and oversaw the subsequent doubling of staff levels necessary to execute against it
- • Co-led 18F's childcare.gov project for ACF, with the goal of reimagining the American childcare system in preparation for the passage of the BBB bill
- • Co-wrote a 10x report that created a "benefits lifecycle" visualization / framework, consolidated learnings from other projects, and proposed a "USWDS for benefits applications" solution
- • Co-created a TTS Onboarding 2.0 plan, rolled out concrete improvements, and built a quirky onboarding visualization that is now a central part of the new-hire onboarding UX
